Pool safety :

The pool is equipped with a roller shutter and alarm. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

Payment and cancellation policy :

50% of the amount must be paid at the time of booking and 50% two months before arrival at the property. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period may be cancelled free of charge. Cancellations made less than two months and up to 30 days before the start of the rental period will be reimbursed at a rate of 50%. No refund will be made if the stay is cancelled within the month prior to arrival at the property, i.e. 30 days before.

The deposit is €5,000.

Tourist taxes must be paid on site.
